Playing Texas Hold Em Poker is increasing in popularity year on year and more people than ever are actually making this a full time income provider!

Others are beginning to see this trend and want to be a part of it, they also wish to make a full-time living from it but don’t want to spend years honing their poker skills. What they do instead is look for ways to learn quicker, acquiring all the tips, tricks and cheats that are available and known, in order to gain an unfair advantage.

The average Poker Player usually has 2 options in which to improve their game, very much the same way an athlete chooses to improve their performance, and they have the choice of Steroids or Vitamins. For a Poker player, their options are whether to use Tools or Cheats. Most people tend to use numerous tools that are freely available for Poker and are more than adequate to improve their game. But there will always be a few individuals who continually search for underground Texas Hold Em Cheats, exploring the depths of the Poker world and milling around in shadows for that elusive piece of information that gives them a ‘perceived edge’ over their opponents!

Do these techniques really exist?

Most definitely, and I will reveal some of these Texas hold em cheats within this article! Many people suggest that Poker is all about ‘Luck’! I would be inclined to disagree. Yes lady luck does play a significant part of the activity, but it isn’t necessarily the driving force behind it. There is always an element of chance when it comes to Gambling otherwise it wouldn’t be a gamble! Nobody has control over this aspect of the game, but there is another side to the coin…Skill!

So, what percentage is luck and what percentage is skill?

Well, if two players were to play for an infinite amount of time, they’d see the same distribution of starting hands. Now the skilled player is going to win all the money; the losing player is obviously going to lose. So over the long-term, it’s a skill game, but over the short-term, there’s a large luck factor involved. We are essentially betting money on the turn of a card, so it can’t be denied that this is a gambling game. But over the long-term, a skilled player will win the money. As human beings we don’t have an infinite amount of time in which to play poker, so I would say 75 percent is skill, 25 percent is luck.

Over a long period every player will get roughly the same distribution of cards. What determines a winner and a loser, is how you play those cards. Do you maximise your edge when you have the best of it, and do you fold and get out when you have the worst of it? Poor players can’t do that and good players recognize when to do that and succeed. So you shouldn’t fret over a bad beat, which is just a short-term, unlucky phenomenon. You should focus on your skill and your long-term winnings.

Tip 1: One of the top secrets is understanding the ‘ODDS’!

One of the best secrets is understanding the odds of the cards being drawn, what I mean by this is that if you have sat in a game for 5 or 6 hours and you just didn’t get a decent starting hand, don’t get too hung up on it because chances are that over time the cards will change and average out.

An example of this is pocket aces; the chances of drawing that first ace are 1 in 13. You know, the number of each ‘number card’ is 4 divided by the pack ’52’ the chances of getting that second ace are 3 in 51. You have 51 cards left and of course you’ve already removed one ace, so you have three remaining. So 3 over 51 reduces to 1 in 17, so 1 in 13 multiplied by 1 in 17, which is the probability of getting an ace and then another ace, is 1 divided by 221.

So the odds of you getting pocket aces are roughly 220 to 1. So your mind tends to focus on those short-term events. Over the long haul, you’ll get your favorite hand, pocket aces, roughly every 200 or so hands. So over a long game, things will even out. But your mind tends to focus on the unusual instances. But that’s not really what’s important.

You may see these odd charts in the books and very few people do this-well, winning players will do this. They’ll explore the thinking behind the odds and they understand the simple math. It’s fairly simple math. But most people won’t even think about how that number came to be, and it’s important to do that because then later on you can get a rough idea of these kinds of odds without having to memorize charts.

Similar calculations are the underlying basis for your decision on whether to draw to a straight or draw to a flush. Simply knowing pot odds and simple probability helps you go a long way in beating poker.

Tip 2: Discipline!

So what skills are important for winning poker playing?

Having a basic understanding of math, to understand probability, discipline; forcing yourself to only play hands that have the expectation of winning money on average-being able to read players to some extent, being able to tell ‘is the guy wild’, is he betting and raising on any two cards, is he a rock, is he very disciplined and controlled? If a tight old lady raises you, she probably has the goods. But if a crazy gambler raises you, you might want to call him down.

The discipline is good and is something that in all areas of our life is important. In poker, discipline also equals patience. And that’s where a lot of people go awry. I know I do. You just get impatient. You just want to play. And if you want to be a winning player, you can’t do that. That’s where the discipline comes in.

Many of these attributes are all necessary in a game of Poker, but not all are deemed to be Texas Hold Em Cheats, they are in fact essential characteristics of a good Poker player and are a required necessity to win the game, but they do take time to perfect so again patience is key!

Tip 3: Reading Players!

Do you have ‘The Nuts’?

Reading players is incredibly important. It really does make a huge difference when you’re playing against somebody who only plays top poker and ‘has the nuts’. I’ve had times when friends ‘tip me off’ of certain tables. They say ‘here’s a good table, there are loose players’, or situations where specific players are actually pointed out, ‘watch out for this guy, you just know if he goes in he’s only got the nuts’. If you watch guys like this you will see that they are constantly there. He’s never going to make a lot of money because he’s never going to rake in any big pots the way he plays, but he’s consistently going to be a winning player. But for you to win against that player, then you need to know unless you’ve got the nuts, you better not go against him.

Special Tip: Mix up your play!

If he or she is raising, you really have to consider whether you want to stay in or not. And this is something that I’m learning a lot more as I play a lot of the same players over and over again. And that’s a real advantage of playing the same people over and over again, you also have to realize that they’re looking at you too, and that’s why it’s important to ‘mix up your play’.
